(7.) The Company to bear the cost of altering the existing Praya Roadway opposite and adjoining the area cross-hatched red so as to enable it to be carried underneath the proposed new roadway which will be elevated above the existing roadway. The alterations to be made by Government.

(8.) The Company to have the right to erect and maintain a pier opposite the end of Salisbury Road extension for so long as a Ferry Service to the satisfaction of the Governor in Council shall be maintained to such pier. Such right to be given without payment up to the date of expiry of Ordinance No. 19 of 1884 and afterwards to be subject to rental in accordance with the Ordinances or Regulations for the time being in force.

(9.) When arrangements have been completed for enabling the various surrenders to be made, the Company to surrender its leases and take out new leases for the areas involved.

(10.) The powers of the Company as regards Tramway No.? in Ordinance No. 18 of 1897 to be rescinded.

(11.) The powers of the Company as regards Tramway No.? in the said Ordinance to be limited to its construction as far as the west side of Macdonnell Road.

(12.) The Company to be given powers to lay tramways crossing Macdonnell Road, at right angles to its direction, from its property on one side of the road to its property on the other side.

(13.) The Company to surrender to Government the areas cross-hatched purple on plan on payment of compensation at the rate of $2 per Square Foot. The Company to remove at its own expense all buildings at present occupying these areas.

11. Exchanges with Hongkong Land Reclamation Company.
